In response to Robert De Niro’s anti-Trump comments, Fox News host Jeanine Pirro questioned his contributions to New York City, challenging whether he had built any skyscrapers or transformed the city’s skyline.
De Niro, born and raised in Manhattan, co-founded the Tribeca Festival in 2002 with Jane Rosenthal and Craig Hatkoff to help revitalize the area after the September 11 attacks. He also serves as a board member of the 9/11 Memorial and Museum.
