Juicy Hawaiian Teriyaki Burgers Topped with Grilled Pineapple Bliss .

Prepare the glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Set aside.

Make the patties: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, teriyaki sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix gently and form into 4 patties.

Grill the pineapple: Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high. Grill pineapple rings for 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized and lightly charred. Remove and set aside.

Cook the burgers: Grill or pan-sear the patties for 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheese and allow it to melt.

Assemble the burgers: Brush the inside of each toasted bun with the teriyaki glaze. Layer with lettuce, tomato, onion, the cheesy burger patty, and a grilled pineapple ring. Drizzle with more glaze if desired and close with the top bun.

Serve immediately: Pair with sweet potato fries or a tropical slaw for the ultimate island-inspired meal.
