The natural ingredients that speed up your metabolism
You only need four powerful ingredients, all of which are easy to obtain:
- Warm water (250 ml) – Hydrates the body and facilitates digestion.
- Juice of half a fresh lemon – Provides vitamin C and helps the liver in the detoxification process.

How to prepare and drink the drink
- Squeeze half a lemon into a glass with 250 ml of warm water (not hot, so as not to destroy the beneficial enzymes).
