The easiest way is to use magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt), which also supplies beneficial sulfur. It’s simple to prepare and apply:
For gardens: Dissolve 1 tablespoon in 10 liters of water. Apply 1–2 liters per plant monthly.
For potted/indoor plants: Dissolve 1 teaspoon in 1 liter of water. Water at the root once a month.
For fast absorption (foliar spray): Dissolve 1 teaspoon in 1 liter of water, spray leaves in the evening or on cloudy days (avoid flowers directly).
