1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures the oven is hot and ready to bake the cheese into crispy chips.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will prevent the cheese from sticking to the pan and make it easier to remove the chips once they’re baked.

2. Prepare the Cheese Mounds

Form 12 flat mounds of shredded mozzarella cheese on the prepared baking sheet. Each mound should be about 1-2 tablespoons of cheese, and be sure to leave about 1 inch of space between each mound. Depending on the size of your baking sheet, you might need to use two sheets.

3. Season and Top with Pepperoni

Sprinkle each mound with Italian seasoning. This adds a burst of classic pizza flavor to each chip.

Top each mound with a slice of pepperoni. Place the pepperoni slice directly in the center of each cheese mound.
