Ingredients

1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
2 mince garlic clove
1 tsp olive oil
1 small yellow onion
Half a cup of celery, finely chopped
2 large carrots, peeled and cut into cubes
4 c chicken broth
1 pound potatoes, cube
A quarter c grate parmesan
2 c milk
2 c grate cheddar cheese
1/4 c coarsely chop parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
