A third fan urged: “Come to City now! Foden can play centrally, and with KDB, we’re set.” A fourth joked: “Bring him to City and send Nunes to Barca, since they want him.”
While City fans dream of such a move, Yamal is currently tied to Barcelona with a significant contract extension signed in October 2023, keeping him at the club until at least 2026. His release clause stands at an enormous €1 billion ($1.05bn), making a transfer highly unlikely for now.
