  • 300 ml of 60% alcohol

Procedure:

  • Break up the bay leaves and place them in a glass jar with an airtight seal .
  • Add the alcohol and mix lightly.
  • Store the jar in a warm, dry place for 10 days .
  • After the time has passed, filter the infusion and transfer it to a new clean glass container.
