Lemon Zest Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 3 eggs
  • 90 grams (3.5 oz or 1/2 cup) sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 170 grams (6 oz or 8 tablespoons) melted butter
  • 200 grams (7 oz or 1 1/3 cups) flour
  • 15 grams (0.5 oz or 3 teaspoons) baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk

For the Lemon Soak:

  • 75 ml (2.5 fl oz) lemon juice
  • 100 grams (3.5 oz) powdered sugar
