2. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Combine Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of the thawed lemonade concentrate, the beaten egg, milk, and vegetable oil.
4. Make the Batter
Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Fold in chopped walnuts if using.
5. Fill Muffin Cups
Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
6. Bake
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
