Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook it according to the package directions until al dente (tender but firm).
. Drain the pasta, toss with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking, and set aside.
2. Prepare the Bacon
. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease, then chop it into small pieces. Set aside.
3. Brown the Ground Beef
. In the same skillet (with a little bacon grease for extra flavor), add the ground beef.
. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
. Cook over medium heat, breaking the beef into crumbles, until browned and fully cooked (about 5–6 minutes).
. Drain excess grease and set the beef aside with the bacon.
4. Make the Alfredo Sauce
. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium-low heat.
. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant (don’t let it brown).
. Pour in the heavy cream and stir gently. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
. Pro Tip: For an extra smooth sauce, keep the heat low while adding the Parmesan cheese to avoid clumping.
5. Combine Everything
. Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce, stirring to coat each piece in creamy goodness.
. Stir in the seasoned ground beef and chopped bacon. Mix well so the flavors come together beautifully.
6. Add the Cheeseburger Twist
. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese over the pasta mixture.
. Cover the skillet (or use a lid) and let the cheese melt over low heat for about 2–3 minutes.
. Stir gently to create that gooey, cheesy texture that makes this dish irresistible!
7. Serve and Garnish
. Spoon the pasta into bowls or plates. Garnish with crispy bacon bits, a sprinkle of fresh parsley, and pickle slices if you’re feeling adventurous!
. Serve hot and enjoy the delicious fusion of cheeseburger and Alfredo flavors!
