The Great Lakes Kitchen is having a fish fry! I am going to share my recipe for Long John Silver’s imitation fish batter with you today. Coated in that LJS batter, we’ll deep fry some delicious fish till it’s crispy and golden brown.
Two teaspoons of cornstarch and three quarters of a cup of flour
a quarter teaspoon of baking soda
a quarter teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
three-quarters cup of water
First, sort the dry ingredients by size.
Then, stir in the water.
Toss with chicken or fish filets for coating.
Put a full lid on the fish.
Fry in a deep fryer until crispy and golden.
