Add Milk:
Once the beets are cooked, reduce the heat and slowly pour in the milk while stirring continuously. It’s important to add the milk gradually and keep the heat low to prevent it from curdling.
Season:
Add salt to taste. For an extra layer of flavor, you can also add a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon at this stage.
