You should melt the Vaseline in steam for a few minutes, remove it from heat, and then add all the other ingredients. Stir well to get a homogeneous mixture, and transfer the cream to a suitable container, and store it in the fridge.
Then, on a clean skin, apply the cream gently using circular movements. Leave it to act for 30 minutes, and then remove it with a cotton pad soaked in some mineral water.
