
Boil the vinegar with wine, water and salt.
Remove the stem and seeds from each pepper. Cut them into thin strips.
Add the pepper strips to the pan with the boiling wine mixture and cook for three minutes. Drain the peppers and dry them on absorbent paper and a tea towel.
Place the peppers in a bowl, add the capers, oregano, salt and oil. Mix very well.
Crush a clove of garlic and place it in a glass jar, fill the jar with the peppers and top up with oil. Enjoy the peppers with bread.
