Mama’s Cornbread Dressing | October 4, 2023

Ingredients:
2 packets (16 oz each) of dry cornbread mix
1 finely chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
A bunch of chopped celery6 chopped hard-boiled eggs
1 tsp of sage (rubbed)
2 cans (14 oz each) of chicken broth
2 cups of turkey stock
Salt and pepper, as desired
Instructions:
Prepare the cornbread following the instructions on the package. Once done, let it cool and then crumble it.
