How to Make Mamaw’s No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake

Prepare the crust:
Combine the melted butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes. Let it cool completely.

Prepare the filling:
Beat the cream cheese on medium speed until smooth.
Gradually blend in powdered sugar (one cup at a time) and vanilla extract.

Add the whipped topping:
Fold in the thawed whipped topping. Beat at medium speed until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

Assemble:
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.
