  2. Prepare Dry Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Set aside.
  3. Prepare Wet Ingredients:
    • In another bowl, combine the mango puree, sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and yogurt. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
    • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; the batter should be thick and slightly lumpy.
    • Fold in the chopped nuts, if using, until evenly distributed.
  5. Bake the Bread:
    • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
