Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Set aside.
Prepare Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, combine the mango puree, sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and yogurt. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; the batter should be thick and slightly lumpy.
