Maryland Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

1 lb (450 g) shrimp, steamed and peeled (you can have the seafood department steam and season them for you)

⅓ cup (40 g) finely chopped celery

¼ cup (30 g) finely chopped onion

¼ cup (60 g) mayonnaise

1 Tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice

1 tsp (5 g) Old Bay seasoning
