4. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat.
5. In the prepared baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta, meat sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and bacon. Repeat layers.
6. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
