Ingredients:

Cherry tomatoes, halved
Cucumber, sliced
Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
Carrot, julienned or grated
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)
1/4 cup walnuts or almonds (optional)

2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:
