Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a baking dish, drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil and spread the sliced zucchini, onion, and cherry tomatoes.
Place the fish fillets on top of the vegetables.
Season with garlic, oregano, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Arrange lemon slices over the fish and drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the fish is flaky and vegetables are tender.
Garnish with fresh dill or parsley before serving.
