Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, red bell pepper, green onions, cilantro, jalapeños, lime juice, chili powder, and garlic powder.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
