Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake mold with butter or margarine to prevent sticking.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until you achieve a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
3. Gradually add the milk to the egg-sugar mixture, mixing well after each addition.
4. Slowly incorporate the wheat flour into the mixture, stirring gently until all the ingredients are fully combined.
5. Once the flour is fully incorporated, add the baking powder and vanilla essence (if using), and mix again until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
6. Pour the prepared batter into the greased cake pan, spreading it evenly.
7. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and firm to the touch.
8. After baking, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes.
9. Once cooled slightly, carefully unmold the cake and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
10. Serve the milk cake once it has cooled to your desired temperature, and enjoy!
This simple milk cake is perfect for any occasion and can be served as a delightful dessert or sweet snack.
