Directions:
In a saucepan, pour the milk and mix the sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and cornstarch. Stir until thickened, then add a spoonful of butter and mix. Leave to cool.
Cut the dough and bake at 190° for 25 minutes.
Add the whipped cream and assemble the cake. Freeze for 2 hours then serve
