- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line with mini paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Add applesauce (or yogurt) and the egg, and mix well.
- Stir in the flour, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the blueberries if using.
- Divide the batter evenly among the mini muffin cups.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before serving to your baby.
