Instructions
- Melt butter: In a slow cooker or saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Mix the seasoning: Add the ranch seasoning, au jus mix, and pepperoncini juice to the butter. Stir until combined.
- Add sausages: Place the Lil Smokies into the slow cooker or saucepan, and pour the buttery mixture over them. Stir to coat.
- Cook:
- Slow Cooker: Cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Stovetop: Simmer on low heat for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add pepperoncini (optional): For a spicy twist, toss in a few whole pepperoncini peppers during cooking.
Serve & Enjoy
Serve warm with toothpicks as a finger food or alongside bread rolls for sliders. These smoky, tangy bites will disappear in no time!
