200 g of chocolate biscuits
100 g of Nutella or hazelnut cream
400 ml of Neutral Cream (33% Fat)
400 g mascarpone or cream cheese
200 g of glass sugar
Procedure
Chop the Wafers: Place the chocolate wafers in the blender and blend until they are reduced to small pieces.
Mix with Nutella: Add the Nutella to the crumbled cookies and mix well with a spatula until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Prepare the Base: Pour the wafer and Nutella mixture into an 18cm diameter mold and level with a spatula. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to solidify the mixture.
