  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • Seasoning salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mild paprika
