This refreshing and delicious frozen treat is a vegan twist on the classic Dole Whip! Made with frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, and vanilla almond milk, it’s perfect for a hot summer day.
Ingredients:
Ingredients Quantity
Frozen Strawberries 2 cups
Pineapple Juice 1 cup
Vanilla Almond Milk 1/2 cup
Honey or Agave Syrup (optional) 2 tablespoons
Instructions:
Combine frozen strawberries and pineapple juice in a blender or food processor.
Blend on high speed until the strawberries are broken down and the mixture is smooth.
Add vanilla almond milk and honey (if using) and blend again until fully incorporated and smooth.
If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of almond milk at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
For a soft-serve texture, serve immediately. If you prefer a firmer consistency, freeze for 30 minutes to an hour.
Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy!
