2 cups of thawed berries
one cup of pineapple juice
1/4 cup of almond milk with vanilla flavor
2 teaspoons of sweetener of your choice, such as honey or agave syrup
How to Follow
1. In a blender or food processor, combine the pineapple juice with the frozen strawberries.
2. Process the strawberries in a high-powered blender until they are crushed and the liquid is completely smooth.
3. If using honey, add it with the vanilla almond milk. Blend again until everything is smooth and integrated.
Fourth, add more almond milk, one tablespoon at a time, if necessary, to thin the mixture to your preferred consistency.
5. Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour for a firmer consistency, or serve it right away for a soft-serve texture.
Step 6: Spoon into cones or bowls, and enjoy!
