Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 4
Softened cream cheese 8 ounces
Diced or sliced red bell pepper 1
Dry ranch seasoning mix 1 packet
Cooked, crumbled bacon 1 cup
Condensed cream of chicken soup 1 can (10.5 oz)
Milk ½ cup
Shredded parmesan cheese ½ cup
Penne pasta 12 ounces
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, milk, and parmesan cheese until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker. Pour the creamy ranch sauce mixture over the chicken.
Sprinkle the diced red pepper and crumbled bacon on top of the chicken and sauce.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Using two forks, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and stir it into the sauce.
In the meantime, cook your penne pasta according to package directions, then drain it.
Add the cooked pasta to the slow cooker and stir it to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
Serve immediately! Garnish with fresh parsley for an extra pop of color, if desired.
