Nando’s Style PERi PERi Sauce

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast the red chilies and red bell pepper until charred.
2. Remove the skins from the roasted chilies and bell pepper, then deseed them.
3. In a blender, combine the roasted chilies, bell pepper, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and brown sugar. Blend until smooth.
4. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat and add the blended mixture.
5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
6. Let the PERi PERi sauce cool before transferring it to a jar.
