1 branch of ginger (about 80 g)
1 teaspoon of natural aloe vera gel
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Instructions :
In a saucepan, heat the water over low heat.
Add the ginger and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Add the aloe vera gel and lemon juice.
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve.
Store the tonic in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
