Prepare beetroot: Wash the beetroot thoroughly. Beetroot has anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties, which helps combat depression.
Wash parsley: Wash a small bunch of parsley. Parsley strengthens the gums, stimulates the appetite and digestion, and facilitates the elimination of salt from the body.
Prepare the carrots: Wash and peel 3 carrots. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene (which is converted into vitamin A in the body) and are also a good source of vitamins C, E, K, and several B vitamins, including B1, B2, B3, B6, and B9.
Preparation of ginger: Peel and finely chop 20 g of ginger. Ginger supports digestion, stimulates gastric juice production, and can increase appetite.
Handling Physalis: Clean and prepare 4 to 5 physalis berries. Physalis has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, analgesic, diuretic, and choleretic properties.
Prepare the juice: Place the beets, parsley, carrots, and ginger into a juicer. To facilitate the extraction process, add 300 ml of water.
Finishing touch: Once you have the juice, stir in the physalis berries for a burst of flavor and health benefits.
Serving: Pour the juice into a glass and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint for a refreshing touch, if desired.
