1/2 cup of lukewarm water
Preparation:
Dissolve honey in a glass of lukewarm water.
Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and mix thoroughly.
Finally, add the finely chopped garlic and stir again.
Set aside for a few minutes to allow the garlic to “infuse” slightly.
Drink the drink on an empty stomach, preferably 15–30 minutes before breakfast.
Serving and storage tips:
The drink is best prepared fresh each morning.
If you want to save time, you can prepare a larger amount without garlic and store it in the refrigerator for 2–3 days in a sealed glass container. Add the garlic just before eating.
Do not heat the drink – high temperatures may weaken the effect of honey and garlic
