In a bowl, mix the chopped red onions with honey. Let it sit for 4–6 hours (or overnight) to release the juice.
Strain the mixture and collect the syrup.
Add lemon juice and ginger to the syrup.
Mix in warm (not hot) water and stir well.
Drink 2 tablespoons in the morning on an empty stomach for best results.
