Ingredients (one serving):

  • 250 ml (approx. 1 cup) warm water
  • 1 tablespoon raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • Juice of half a fresh lemon

Preparation:   Combine all ingredients in a glass of warm (not hot) water. Stir well and drink first thing in the morning, ideally 20–30 minutes before breakfast.
