This action is part of enforcing a $464 million judgment against Trump following his civil fraud trial. The state officials have entered the judgment with the county clerk’s office in Westchester, which could allow James to seize properties such as the Trump National Golf Course in Briarcliff Manor and the Seven Springs estate in Bedford if Trump fails to secure a bond to cover the judgment.
