Directions:
Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In a small saucepan, heat the brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to melt and caramelize, about 3-5 minutes. Pour the caramel evenly over the pretzel crust.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the warm caramel layer. Allow them to melt for a few minutes, then spread the chocolate evenly with a spatula.
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Use the parchment paper to lift the bars out of the baking dish and onto a cutting board. Cut into bars and serve.
