For the Biscuit Cake:

• Biscuits: 750g (wholegrain biscuits work well)
• Walnuts: 100g, chopped
• Sugar: 180g
• Cocoa Powder: 60g
• Butter: 150g
• Water: 250ml
• Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp

For the Chocolate Coating:

• Whipped Cream: 120ml
• Dark Chocolate: 120g
• Chopped Walnuts: Optional, for decoration
