Prepare the Chocolate Coating:

  1. Heat the Cream:
    • In a saucepan, heat the whipped cream until it begins to boil.
  2. Melt the Chocolate:
    • Remove from the stove and add the dark chocolate.
    • Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Glaze the Cake:
    • Allow the glaze to cool slightly, then pour it over the chilled biscuit cake.
    • Optionally, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top for decoration.
  4. Chill Again:
    • Refrigerate for another 2 hours, or until the glaze is firm.
