  1. Prepare the Pan:
    • Line a 7β€³ x 11β€³ or 8β€³ x 8β€³ cake pan with parchment paper. This will help in easily lifting the bars out once they are set.
  2. Measure Oats:
    • Measure 3 cups of old-fashioned oats into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  3. Heat Peanut Butter and Honey:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter and 3/4 cup of honey. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring every 10 seconds, until the mixture is smooth and runny. Alternatively, you can use the double boiling method on the stovetop to melt the honey and peanut butter together.
  4. Add Salt:
    • Stir in a pinch of salt into the heated peanut butter and honey mixture. Mix thoroughly to combine.
  5. Combine with Oats:
    • Pour the peanut butter and honey mixture over the oats. Fold the oats into the mixture until they are evenly coated.
  6. Transfer to Pan:
    • Transfer the oat mixture into the prepared pan. Using the back of a silicone spoon or your greased hands, press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan.
  7. Cool:
    • Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours or overnight to allow it to set and firm up.
  8. Cut into Bars:
    • Once cooled and set, cut into bars of your desired size.
