Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Using the tablespoon of butter, grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, and Minute Rice.
Pour the mixture into the buttered baking pan.
Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
Evenly sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup mix over the chicken breasts.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
