Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups spelt flour (150 g)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 3/4 cups wheat flour (350 g)
  • 1 1/4 cups whole spelt flour (150 g)
  • 2 teaspoons bread spice
  • 1 3/4 – 2 1/8 cups water (420 – 500 ml, lukewarm)
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
