Cake Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese (melted)

Frosting Ingredients:

  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon milk (adjust to desired consistency)
