For the Frosting:

  2. Add Powdered Sugar: Gradually add the powdered sugar to the mixture, beating on low speed until incorporated. Increase the speed and beat for an additional 4 to 5 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  3. Add Heavy Cream: Slowly add the heavy cream while continuing to beat until the frosting is smooth and fluffy.
