1.In a large basin, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
Whisk in the milk, egg, and melted butter until well blended. Wait 5 minutes before adding to batter.
Set a big skillet to medium-high heat and prepare it. Grease a nonstick pan. Add batter to the heated skillet; use about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. Once bubbles form on the edges and in the middle of each pancake, cook for another two or three minutes. After 1–2 minutes, turn and fry until golden.
