Instructions:

Prepare the Sauce: While the pork roasts, whisk together the sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer until thickened.
Baste the Pork: After the initial roast, pour the sauce over the pork and roast for an additional 30 minutes.
Rest and Slice: Allow the pork to rest for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
