8 oz penne pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
3 cloves garlic, minced
5 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)
